The spirit of travel
Departing from Laâyoune, this 7-day circuit in the Moroccan Sahara invites you to discover the landscapes of the Grand South, far from classic tourist itineraries. Accompanied by your local guide, you alternate 4x4 excursions, walks and moments of relaxation at the Bedouin Camp.
Throughout the journey, you explore the Oum Dba sebkha, the isolated dunes of Amgriou and the desert landscapes of Tah. The adventure continues on the Atlantic coast, where you meet seaweed collectors, before joining Naïla lagoon for a boat trip and bird watching.
You also discover the Khaoui Nam gueltas, their waterfalls and canyon. Nights in bivouac, in the heart of the dunes or above the canyon, extend this immersion in the desert. Entirely customizable according to your wishes, this stay prioritizes discovery, nature and freedom.

During this exploration, you can search for flint, salt flowers and sand roses, among the natural curiosities present in this desert environment.
At lunchtime, enjoy a picnic in a panoramic cave, located near Mount Gara, in the heart of the depression.
For the return journey, you take a route along the sandy cliffs of the sebkha, before returning to the Bedouin Camp.

From the Sebkha of Tah to the Dunes of Amgriou
You take the path towards the Tah sebkha, in the heart of the desert landscapes of southern Morocco.
Upon arrival, join a promontory offering panoramic views over the sabkha.
You then descend to the bottom of the depression, below sea level, to enjoy a picnic in this unique environment.
Sebkha Tah → Amgriou
You continue your off-road adventure through the isolated dunes of the barchan field, in the Amgriou plains.

Amgriou → Camp Bedouin
You leave your bivouac to reach the Atlantic coast off-road.
On the way, you cross the fishing village of Amgriou, before continuing your itinerary along the coast.
In the village of Amgriou, meet the seaweed harvesters, who work on this part of the Moroccan coast.
You then continue the adventure with 4x4 driving directly on the beach, at low tide.
The return to Bedouin Camp is by off-road, across the dunes.
You return to your camp for the night.

From Naïla Lagoon to Khaoui Nam Waterholes
You head towards Akhfenir, a village located approximately 196 km north of Laâyoune and 112 km south of Tan-Tan. This place is particularly appreciated by fishing enthusiasts.
Enjoy an hour-long boat ride on the Naïla lagoon, located between Tarfaya and Akhfenir.
This excursion allows you to observe many bird species, including pink flamingos, in their natural environment.
Akhfennir → Khaoui Nam

What I love about travel is that moment when you leave the obvious path. That's when the landscape shifts, but more importantly, so does your perspective.
